Jigsaw Pillows

Here’s a fun idea: Jigsaw pillows. Now you may be thinking, “what on earth”, but hey, this is a crazy concept blog, anything goes!

I hate carrying pillows around with me when I’m travelling so a simple solution to that would be if they were blow-up. Another additional idea which would make it easier is if you could slot them into each other. Now this gives you the opportunity to produce a mattress with them which then gives this concept multiple potential. Because they are blown-up one can deflate them, packing them into a flat square or rolling them up, creating a very easy-to-carry pillow/mattress.

There are two different slot types. No. 1 type slots in No. 2 and vice versa. The ‘jigsaw flap’ slots into the inverted gaps, fastening the two pillows together. The zip holds the fold-away ‘jigsaw flap’ so they are not an obstructions at the edges of the pillow combination. Another possible idea is that if the slots are not securing enough, magnets could be placed on the end of the slots and inside the inverted slots, fastening them tighter and more securely.

One can have the pillows as blown up or as little blown up as they like, customizing their pillows/mattress comfort. Pillow cases and sheets can also be placed around or on the pillows.

So that’s it. Portable, easy, fun pillows which can be transformed into a bed.
